The International School Solothurn was launched by the Solothurn Economic Business Development Agency and established as a public limited company. ISSO AG is supported by renowned Solothurn companies. Additional partners who wish to be actively involved in shaping the educational infrastructure of the Canton of Solothurn, are always welcome.

The ISSO teachers and supervisory staff, as well as all of those involved behind the scenes, see themselves as part of a team. This is particularly important because the different parts of our school closely work together, and because students and teachers know each other and repeatedly come across each other in their daily routines.

The ISSO Campus is in a central location, situated directly next to Solothurn’s main railway station. It can easily be reached on all forms of public transport. The distance to train and bus stations providing transport links in all directions, is about two minutes on foot. Our school building consists of a main building with an area of approximately 930m2 and a large playground.
