The ISSO is currently in the process of adapting its food and nutrition concept on the basis and guidelines set out by the  «Fourchette verte» label. The label stands for the provision of healthy, balanced, age-appropriate meals and snacks.

Moreover, «Fourchette verte» pays special attention to the use of in-season produce, which is procured locally from suppliers in Solothurn area. ISSO aims to acquire certification by the end of this school year.
